Support Your Marathoner2010, 2011, 2012
ASICS Support Your Marathoner is an ongoing program built for the New York City Marathon. It enables runners to receive personalized video messages cheering them on during the marathon.
Leading up to the race, the website allows friends and family of runners to submit video messages for specific runners. During the race the messages are triggered via RFID tag in the runners' shoes and displayed on a big screen course side. I led the website portion of this project as Interactive Producer for 3 years in a row - every year building on the past for an enhanced experience. I interfaced with the ASICS client, New York Road Runners Club, internal creative team at Vitro, Event Coordinator and external development team. |
